Billing in Advanced - Non-Prorate

License Quantity Increase
Main quantity is updated immediately to the current license count.
Example:
- At the start of the month, the customer is billed for 12 licenses for their expected usage of the coming month (billing in advance)
- On the 10th of the month, the licenses are increased from 12 to 13 licenses
- The license total on their agreement/contract increases immediately to 13 licenses
License Quantity Decrease
Main quantity is updated at the end of the month to the current license count.
Example:
- At the start of the month, the customer is billed for 12 licenses for their expected usage of the coming month (billing in advance)
- On the 20th of the month, the licenses are decreased from 12 to 11 licenses.
- The license total stays at 12, and at the end of the month, their agreement/contract is updated to 11 licenses
